Make sure the Etsy authorization flow completes in your browser and returns you to LeapThread Monitor. LeapThread Monitor uses read-only Etsy access and does not ask for your Etsy password.
Confirm that your internet connection is working, then try the sync again. If the failure continues, include the exact error message and the approximate time it occurred when contacting support.
No. LeapThread Monitor monitors Etsy data in read-only mode and does not automatically edit listings, prices, tags, images, inventory, variations, or sale settings.
